Refund Policy

This includes (but is not limited to) Online defamation & fake reviews assistance, Online distortion correction and other Bespoke Services.

If an initial deposit is requested and paid, no refund will be given if the customer backs out, unless work has not yet started. Once work has been completed according to the agreed schedule, the remaining balance (or full balance if no deposit required) will be due; due to the close and constant communication between Alfa Global Solutions and the customer during the design/consultation process, no refunds are issued for completed work.

Alfa Global Solutions reserves the right to cancel its Bespoke services at any time.

Refund Policy / Cancellations

In compliance with trading laws and best practice, purchasers have the following rights of cancellation. 7 days right to cancel (after payment) – a full refund will be issued within 30 days. Refunds are always given in the manner in which the original purchase was paid.

After this time Alfa Global Solutions, will however, in keeping with its ethical policies review the circumstances and where appropriate, may refund a part or all of the fees at its discretion.

Refund Eligibility
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.

Non-refundable Products and Services
We do not offer any refund on Domains names, VPS, dedicated servers, administrative fees, and installation fee for custom software. If you have availed a free domain and you opted for a refund domain charges will be detected.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
